As the crowds head south from the Beach, why not organise a few friends to head north on the start of the Waverley Cliff Walk. This is a perfect walk and generally a little less crowded. This should take about two hours and lots of nice tasty stop offs to keep your energy up.
A – Head for a North Bondi Breakfast to kick start the day and get energised!
B – Then head up Military Road to the small entrance at the Golf Course to view the Aboriginal Rock Carvings that still exist to this day (please enter at your own risk, entering is permissible, however please be mindful of Golfers)
C – Next stop is Rodney Reserve, which hosts some of the most beautiful viewpoints of the city. Follow the Bondi to Manly signage for about 40 mins.
D – Last stop is some well deserved brunch at the top of Old South Head Road – choose from local bakeries and cafes for a sweet treat to finish off your morning. There are lots of bus stops on this route, which will bring you back to Bondi Junction Interchange. Of if you are feeling adventurous, keep going on the Bondi to Manly route.
