Bondi’s very own Women’s World Professional Surfing Champion, Pauline Menczer or ‘Naughty Pauls’ won the title in 1993.

It’s been a long time coming but her life-size statue has finally been revealed, although not formally unveiled, on the path at the south end of the beach. It was created by sculptor Cathy Weiszmann.
