Louise was had been working at North Bondi’s Porch & Parlour café for 10 months before the opportunity came up for her to buy it. Which she did. She had been involved in hospitality before that, on her own and with her Chilean ex-wife (one of their restaurants was in Chile).

Louise has a side hustle working as a DJ. You might have seen her at the Beach Road or other venues around the city. She also has a not so side hustle as the mother of a 3 1/2 year old.

Porch & Parlour is one of those beloved community cafés with great food and coffee in a pretty spectacular position across from the beach.
