Your information may be shared between employees of Waverley Council as required in the normal course of their duties and in accordance with the Privacy Legislation.

Waverley Council may also disclose personal information in circumstances where we are authorised or required to do so by law, and in situations where we consider it appropriate to ensure that laws are complied with.

Waverley Council reserves the right to disclose personal information to relevant authorities where the use of the Site raises a suspicion that an offence is being, or has been, committed.
